About This Work
A single weathered sea stack stands alone in the glassy shallows off Mylopotamos, on Greece's Pelion coast, as the Aegean sky softens into dusk. Lavender, rose, and pale gold settle over still water, while the ancient stone holds its ground as it has through countless evenings before.
Named for the Greek word for eternity, an age without end, "Aion" is a meditation on permanence, solitude, and the quiet endurance of stone against time.
